How Booking Works

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
Once confirmed, you'll receive your door code and all the details you need to arrive stress-free.
Check-in is fully self-guided via a secure keypad — no key exchanges, no waiting around.
Long term rentals

Cancellation Policy
Full refund available up to 2 weeks after the booking date.
50% refund available up to 1 month before your stay.
No refund within 1 month of your arrival date.
Booked within 1 month of your stay? A full refund is available within 48 hours of booking.

Check-in is easy and self-guided. Your door code and arrival instructions will be sent to you via email after booking. Just pull up, punch in your code, and the cottage is yours.
